Summary
Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) is now a major concern for organisations and their boards globally. This includes organisations that participate in the Healthcare ecosystem, which is the focus of this new paper from students at the University of Melbourne. The authors look at the application of both TOGAF and Gartner’s Pace Layered Application Strategy to identify opportunities to meet ESG goals, whilst helping to improve current operations, promote innovation and create competitive advantage.
