The delivery of continuing professional education is a cornerstone to many of today’s professions, and the way in which these education services are provided is a business model that has seen significant reinvention since the advent of the Internet.

In this paper from University of Denver University College student, Jeff Parente, we see an account of how one such education delivery businesses has evolved without proper consideration for a holistic view of operations. The author goes on to suggest changes, based on an Enterprise Architecture approach, to help improve the efficiency and profitability of the organisation.
