Talking about Architecture

By October 2, 2021Articles

One of the amazing things I get to do is talk to thought leaders from around the world. This includes people like Paul Preiss, the CEO and Founder of Iasa Global. In a recent chat, we discussed the upcoming Business, Innovation, Leadership & Technology (BIL-T) Conference Series event, The Architecture of Tomorrow.

The discussion also included observations on current practices within the Enterprise Architecture and Business Architecture disciplines, and the need to talk about creating a true architecture profession, complete with accreditation and greater recognition of its value proposition within the global business community.

It was a test of a new idea the BIL-T team have been looking at around streaming of content rather than having traditional conferences, so it’s a bit rough around the edges, but it was a great conversation and we live-streamed to Linkedin, YouTube and Facebook. A great test of a new way of encouraging collaboration amongst the worldwide community of architects. You can find the recording on those platforms, or just click here to listen to it on the Iasa’s podcast The Argument.

I hope you enjoy it.
